Our story is rooted in the preservation of Tai Chi Chuan as a high-quality martial art. We honor the old-fashioned way of training, focusing on the authentic Chen and Yang styles. Our practice is strictly functional, maintaining the true self-defense qualities of the art by following Yang Chengfu 10 Essential Principles. We don’t just move; we train with purpose and martial integrity.

My Journey

Services

My journey in Tai Chi Chuan is built upon deep respect for traditional lineages, having studied the Yang Style through the influences of Fu Zhongwen and Yang Shouzhong, and the Chen Style through Fang Zhiqiang, Hong Junsheng, and Chen Xiaoxing. While these lineages serve as my foundation and referral, I have evolved my practice to create a Tai Chi that is fit for me functional, practical, and personally refined. I still consider myself a beginner, always learning and remaining open-minded in my practice.

Teaching both kids and adults keeps my passion alive.
